* Take a left out of the station, and walk along King George Boulevard, then take a left on 96 Ave
* The City Centre 1 Building is across the street from Surrey Memorial Hospital on 96 AVE

* There is underground parking at City Centre 1, the entrance is on 137a Ave
* There is also above ground parking on the other side of the building on 137 Ave
