Jamie has been a full time college faculty since September 2000, teaching and coordinating programs in microelectronics, mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering. His teaching experience includes math, physics, electronics, manufacturing and project design courses. Jamie was awarded a GBC Crystal Apple for Teaching Excellence in 2001 and the President’s Award for Innovation in 2011.
Jamie has a B.Sc. in engineering physics from Queen’s University at Kingston, and a Masters in Product Development from Massey University in Auckland, NZ. His work experience includes roles in quality and product design engineering with Ford Motor Company, and manufacturing engineering with Coretec Mfg. and Celestica, Inc.
